“ Tasty food, very close to borough market, unlike the market, location has very relaxed vibes and there is plenty of seating available with a down stairs area. Finger food was delicious and prices are excellent aswell given the location Plenty of drink options available One small but major plus is that toilet area is very very clean. Usually pubs / restaurant in busy areas, the toilets can be unhygienic, but this is not the case here, I will definitely visit Salt Yard again for sure ”

I found it easy to select dishes as the menus is marked up clearly, our server Tonvi was very helpful in explaining the menu and answering any questions we asked. We did have the cheese board which is not pictured which was a nice size and the blue pico was a hit with my partner. My stand out dish was the beef tartare, one of my fave dishes to have and here. ”

Gets quite busy (with good reason), so I'd recommend booking ahead. If you want a nice London atmosphere with a good buzz and great dining experience - I'd go with Salt Yard again As a side note, we last had dinner at the counter and it seems like the chef's all really enjoy their work - it shows! ”
